Objectives
- Understand the factors that differentiate Progressive Design-build (PDB) Design-Build-Finance (DBF) and Design-Build-Operate-Maintain (DBOM) from DB contracting discussed in the previous modules.
- Understand the characteristics of projects that are good candidates for delivery using PDB, DBF, and DBOM.
- Understand the contract structure and project development for the three variations.
- Familiarize the student with the additional terminology that comes with the three variations.
