Objectives
- Apply the salient factors of DB administration to real-world situations.
- Understand how design administration decisions differ from those in a traditional design contract within the context of real-world situations.
- For each case study, the participant will conduct a critical analysis of the key issues, describe each stakeholder’s position, and develop a logical resolution to the case study situation.
- After being given the actual outcome for each case, the participant will assess their own solution and provide an argument as to whether the actual outcome was fair and equitable to all stakeholders.
